On a site area of approximately 1 million sq m, and with a total construction area of 2 million sq m, Belgrade Waterfront is a spectacular new city hub developed by Eagle Hills, a UAE-based private investment company, along River Sava in Belgrade, Serbia.
A smart and tech-savvy city within the city, Belgrade Waterfront will feature world-class residences and offices, a high-end retail mall, premium and affordable hotels, educational institutions, modern healthcare amenities and a wide range of leisure attractions.
Belgrade Waterfront will be anchored by Kula Beograd, an iconic tower – the Belgrade Tower – that rises approximately 200 meters high, serving as the beacon of the entire master-planned community. The mall, with over 140,000 sq m of gross construction area, is another highlight, and will be the largest in the Balkans.
A 1.8 km Sava promenade adds a new dimension to waterfront living, while a 2.7-hectare central park, several world-class hotels and a Grand Boulevar.
Developed to the highest standards of sustainability, Belgrade Waterfront draws on the architectural and cultural heritage of the region with a Cultural District, Historic Plaza and a rehabilitated railway bridge that has been transformed into an active pedestrian bridge connecting Belgrade Waterfront with the waterfront promenade.
Belgrade Waterfront will be home to over 14,000 people and create thousands of jobs for Serbians, and will be a strong social and economic growth catalyst of the city.
The new exhibition area for Belgrade Waterfront is Savanova; a vibrant lifestyle destination at the bank of Sava river, offering a one-of-a-kind waterfront experience to all visitors..
